Sharky&Sharky realize that freedom is and never was "free"; in fact it has always been expensive. But now it has become so expensive that only a very small group of people in this country can afford it. These very same people, the 1%'ers perhaps, are now the ones controlling the dispensation of said freedom to the masses.
Last week, the U.S. District Court in San Franciso ruled that it was NOT a violation of freedom of speech to ban students at Live Oak High School, in Morgan Hill, CA, from wearing a shirt imprinted with the United States flag on May 5th - Cinco de Mayo. Reason? Because it might upset and violate the rights of, and get this, English language learners - i.e. either Mexican-American or outright illegal immigrant students!
However, absent in this "ruling" by the esteemed Judge James Ware, was the equal and opposite provision making it a violation to wear a shirt imprinted with the Mexican flag on July 4th.
