Is Malala Pakistan's Anne Frank? ... Update

Her Name is Anne Frank?  She wanted to be a writer. In her primary writing, her diary, on August 1, 1944, she wrote:
"For in its innermost depths, childhood is lonelier than old age." I read this saying in some book and I've always remembered it, and found it to be true. Is it true then that grownups have a more difficult time here than we do? No. I know it isn't. Older people have formed their opinions about everything and don't waver before they act. It's twice as hard for us young ones to hold our ground, and maintain our opinions, in a time when all ideals are being shattered and destroyed, when people are showing their worst side, and do not know whether to believe in truth and right and in God.Anyone who claims that the older ones have a more difficult time here certainly doesn't realize to what extent our problems weigh down on us, problems for which we are probably much too young, but which thrust themselves upon us continually, until, after a long time, we think we've found a solution, but the solution doesn't seem able to resist the weapons which reduce it to nothing again. What were her crimes? Nothing really. A mouthy girl trying to express herself; her writings at the time were little known. She was just one of the wrong kind of people.

Malala Yousafzai, pictured, is showing signs of recovery as women's rights campaigners stage a vigil in support of herHer Name is  Malala Yousufzai. She is fourteen years young lady. She is a writer with a minor following; she has a Facebook page. What does she write? O, she writes and campaigns for education for girls. Well she did do that, but she is not doing that right at the moment. No, she is not studying for exams or goofing with her girlfriends over a fashion magazine. She is recovering. You say, Oh, she is sick? Well not exactly, you see the Taliban radio mullah, Maulana Fazlullah  sent a hit squad after her.
"Before the attack, the two fighters personally collected information about Malala's route to school, timing, the vehicle she used and her security," Ahmad said.They decided to shoot her near a military checkpoint to make the point they could strike anywhere, he said.
On Tuesday, the two men stopped the bus she was riding home in. They asked for Yousufzai by name. Although the frightened girls said she wasn't there, the men fired at her and also hit two other girls in the van. One of them remains in critical condition.
Shot in the head and the neck, Yousufzai still lies unconscious in hospital, unaware that world leaders from U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to U.S. President Barack Obama have pledged support. Schoolchildren in Swat prayed for her recovery.
Reuters quoting: A Taliban spokesman said she was targeted for trying to spread Western culture and that they would try to kill her again if she survived.

It would be easy for Sharky&Sharky to be ironic and cynical at this turn. However it is not about turning a clever etude. It is about presenting credible evidence that the violence against the two young women comes from the same source. That source of evil is the people good at heart that Anne refers are those that did nothing to help Anne people from being exterminated or Malala in her campaign for educating girls and women. If good people do not step forward to thwart the evilness in their societies those societies are condoning and comforting evilness in their midst and saying there is nothing wrong with killing young women. As Dietrich Bonhoeffer affirms:
Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God [Allah] will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act...The test of the morality of a society is what it does for its children.   
Let us all hope that Ms Yousufzai recovers, lives a well and happy life, and continues her work. Also let us all hope that governments including ours begin to see the scourge that the Taliban are to the development of Women and Men.

UPDATE: The Taliban are using their perverse sick ideology to justify the shooting of Malala and asserting that the press has been biased toward them and they plan to get even:
According to sources, the Taliban felt that the media has become biased against them and was giving ‘undue’ coverage to the attack on Malala and portraying them as the ‘worst people on earth’.

The militants were reported to have held meetings and decided to suspend all their current operations and activities in the country and directed field commanders and fighters to divert their attention towards media organisations instead of the government and security forces.

In this regard, the sources said, the militants had selected12 suicide bombers and tasked them to target media organisations, particularly the electronic media and some foreign media organisations and their workers, in Peshawar, Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi and wherever they found them.

“The suicide bombers have particularly been directed to target offices, vehicles and journalists individually who had become a party and were issuing fatwas or decrees against the Taliban,” TTP sources said.

They said the Taliban had deputed people to closely monitor various media organisations, Pakistani and foreign media, after the attack on Malala to assess which media outlet was giving how much coverage to her and how the journalists remained impartial and unbiased while reporting the incident.

Malala's condition continues to improve. First she was brought to a Pakistani army Hospital as the local hospital could not take care of her. Now she is in England:
Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital also confirmed that it had received more than 1,500 messages of support for Malala Yousafzai, who arrived in Britain on Monday.In its latest statement concerning the schoolgirl’s progress, the hospital said: 'Malala Yousafzai continues to receive one-to-one nursing care, 24 hours a day, from staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, working alongside colleagues from Birmingham Children's Hospital.
She has a slight movement in her limbs. Sharky&Sharky are betting on her making it.

Anti-Barry 1: What Did Romney Say in April?

Sharky&Sharky sincerely believes that the 2012 reelection of Barry will be a major step in the continued acceleration of America into a socialist, collectivist nation. His government's plans are to corrode and ultimately eviscerate the fundamental principles that are essential for the stability and growth of America and subsequently the world. America is the exceptionalist nation which has been the prime source of almost all significant innovations, scientific, commercial, and policy, for two and a half centuries.  From whence does this exceptionalism generate?

Over and over again In this space,  Sharky&Sharky has espoused self-confidence, self-reliance, personal responsibility for self-actualization, and self-esteem informed by aptitudes and skills not a unfounded hip-hop attitude, census, passion, false/baseless pride, race, culture, quota, equality, or utopian intellectualism. Social justice (vs. Meritocracy), Begging, Avarice, Expectation of handouts or bailouts does not advance or profit America in the long run. Innovation germinates from independence and the refusal to accept "as is" or a handout existence. Today's modern world requires skill born of education, new ideas, entrepreneurship, meeting challenges, and risk taking. America is a nation of opportunity creating and grabbing citizens. Sharky&Sharky has disdain for those who think otherwise and encourage citizens otherwise. America is founded on rational choice -- not cultural tradition, free Obama phones, government bailouts -- opportunity development, freedom of action, and capitalism; these are America's proven successful strategies for the pursuit of happiness. Barry ostensibly wants America to be based on caring and sharing and equality of happiness and social justice. Of course this at base is not true; he is using the promised utopia as a power grab. This social collectivism has been tried in the rest of the world and at best returns mediocrity and at worse dictatorship. This is the path to failure for America, examples are Indian reservations and our failing ghettoized cities. America must remain a land of opportunity not an idealized utopia based on failed intellectual social constructs.

Why all this preamble? Sharky&Sharky truly believes that Mitt Romney is going to lose. Barry has too many voters in his favor. Here is a viable list:
  1. LGBT civilian and military owe him
  2. Dark skinned Americans except for Indians of India heritage feel that they must vote for him
  3. All Hispanic Americans feel that they owe him
This short list is 25% of the population of the US. Now add in all of the dedicated Democrats, then we are beyond the 50% mark. In the last group add two groups of people who voted for Barry in 2008 (a) those who do not believe that they made a mistake and they want more of him or (b) those who recognize that they have made a mistake but are unwilling to 'fess up and change their votes this time. the last group to be added are the media and the press; as intellectuals Barry is their boy, their product.  Thus it is Sharky&Sharky's job to save Mitt's ass. The first thing we have to do is take a look at Mitt's April speeches. 

Here is the input from Mother Jones website. However first let it be said that MJ acquired an illegal tape and Sharky&Sharky are distributing that tape. So Sharky&Sharky are committing a crime. Lately, Mitt requested that the tapes be made fully available and MJ obliged. So Sharky&Sharky are not committing a crime? Here are the separate videos and transcript:

Now the videos are over thirty minutes a piece but many dynamics come through. While the transcript requires the lost art of reading, pondering, and personal interpreting, it does activate the mind to different aspects of Romney's thinking allowing your thinking to com into play.   2. Ann and Mitt gave away their fathers' fortune
    By the way, both my dad and Ann's dad did quite well in their life, but when they came to the end of their lives, and, and passed along inheritances to Ann and to me, we both decided to give it all away. So, I had inherited nothing. Everything that Ann and I have we earned the old-fashioned way, and that's by hard work...
  3. His Silver Spoon was America
    "Oh, you were born with a silver spoon," you know, "You never had to earn anything," and so forth. And, and frankly, I was born with a silver spoon, which is the greatest gift you could have, which is to get born in America. I'll tell ya, there is—95 percent of life is set up for you if you're born in this country. 
  4. His view on immigration
    I'd like to staple a green card to every Ph.D. in the world and say, "Come to America, we want you here." Instead, we make it hard for people who get educated here or elsewhere to make this their home. Unless, of course, you have no skill or experience, in which case you're welcome to cross the border and stay here for the rest of your life. [Audience laughs.
    ] It's very strange. It's run by people who don't understand the words "global competition of ideas," and our idea has to win, but only if America reigns strong.
Mitt then takes questions from the floor. 
  1. Deficit Concerns
    No. 1 is the economy and jobs by a wide margin. But No. 2 is the deficit. But debt, that doesn't calculate for folks, but the deficit does. They recognize you can't go on forever like this. Although the people who recognize that tend to be Republicans, and the people who don't recognize that tend to be Democrats. And what we have to get is that 5 or 10 percent in the middle who sometimes vote Republican, sometimes vote Democrat, and have them understand how important this is. It's a challenge. I did the calculation for folks today, and USA Today
     publishes this every year. It's a front-page story: the headline once a year, it somehow escapes people's attention, and that is, if you take the total national debt and the unfunded liabilities of Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid, the amount of debt plus unfunded liabilities per household in America is $520,000. Per household. At least. 10, 12 times their income. Even though we're not going to be writing the check for that amount per household, they're going to be paying the interest on that. You'll be paying the interest on that. [ Audience laughs. ] Because we—my generation will be long gone, and you'll be paying the interest. And so you'll be paying taxes, not only for the things you want in your generation, but for all the things we spent money on, which is just—it's extraordinary to think the tax rates, someone calculated what would happen. If we don't change Medicare or Social Security, the tax rate—you know what the payroll tax is now, it's 15.3 percent—if we don't change those programs, that tax rate will have to ultimately rise to 44 percent. The payroll tax. Then there's the income tax on top, which the president wants to take to 40 percent. Then there's state tax in most states. And sales tax. So you end up having to take 100 percent of people's income.

    And yet the president, three and a half years in, won't talk about reforming Social Security or Medicare. And when the Republicans do, it's "Oh, you're throwing granny off the cliff." It's like you're killing the kids. The biggest surprise that I have is that young people will vote for Democrats. They look at this and say, "Holy cow! The only guys who are worried about the future of our country and our future are Republicans." But the Democrats, they talk about social issues, draw in the young people, and they vote on that issue.
  2. Barry's Weak Defense Responses
    1. Failure of Barry to apply crippling sanctions on Iran from the beginning
    2. Failure of Barry's the administration to support Iranian voices of dissent
    3. No apparent military plans to remove Iran's nuclear weapons
    4. Removal of missiles from Poland with no return offer from Russia 
  3. Naive foreign policy:
    The president's foreign policy, in my opinion, is formed in part by a perception that he has that his magnetism and his charm and his persuasiveness is so compelling that he can sit down with people like Putin, Chávez, and Ahmadinejad. And that they'll find we're such wonderful people that they'll go on with us. And they'll stop doing bad things. And it's an extraordinarily naive perception, and it has led to huge errors in North Korea, in Iraq, obviously in Iran, in Egypt, around the world. My own view is that that the centerpiece of American foreign policy has to be strength. Everything I do will be calculated to increasing America's strength. 
  4. Palestinian Question:
    Nine miles {from border of the West Bank to Tel Aviv}. Okay, I'd be close. Nine miles. The challenge is the other side of the West Bank…the other side of the West Bank, the other side of what would be this new Palestinian state would either be Syria at one point or Jordan. And, of course, the Iranians would want to do through the West Bank exactly what they did through Lebanon and what they did in Gaza. Which is the Iranians would want to bring missiles and armament into the West Bank and potentially threaten Israel. So Israel, of course, would have to say that can't happen. We've got to keep the Iranians from bringing weaponry into the West Bank. Well, that means that—who?—the Israelis are going to control the border between Jordan, Syria, and this new Palestinian nation? Well, the Palestinians would say, "Ah, no way! We're an independent country. You can't guard our border with other Arab nations." And then how about the airport? How about flying into this Palestinian nation? Are we going to allow military aircraft to come in? And weaponry to come in? And if not, who's going to keep it from coming in? Well, the Israelis. Well, the Palestinians are going to say, "We're not an independent nation if Israel is able to come in and tell us what can land at our airport."

    These are problems, and they're very hard to solve, alright? And I look at the Palestinians not wanting to see peace anyway, for political purposes, committed to the destruction and elimination of Israel, and these thorny issues, and I say there's just no way. And so what you do is you say you move things along the best way you can. You hope for some degree of stability, but you recognize that it's going to remain an unsolved problem. I mean, we look at that in China and Taiwan. All right, we have a potentially volatile situation, but we sort of live with it. And we kick the ball down the field and hope that ultimately, somehow, something will happen and resolve. We don't go to war to try and resolve it.
    On the other hand, I got a call from a former secretary of state—and I won't mention which one it was—but this individual said to me, "You know, I think there's a prospect for a settlement between the Palestinians and the Israelis after the Palestinian elections." I said, "Really?" And his answer was, "Yes, I think there's some prospect." And I didn't delve into it but you know, I always keep open the idea of, I have to tell ya, the idea of pushing on the Israelis?—to give something up, to get the Palestinians to act, is the worst idea in the world. We have done that time and time and time again. It does not work. So, the only answer is show your strength. Again, American strength, American resolve, as the Palestinians someday reach the point where they want peace more than we're trying to push peace on them—and then it's worth having the discussion. Until then, it's just wishful thinking.

      This demonstrates that Mitt sees the Palestinian problem as complex comprised of many conflicting interests and is not promising an easy solution based on his smile and charm.


  5. Here comes the famous 47% quote:
    There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what. All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe that government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you name it. That that's an entitlement. And the government should give it to them. And they will vote for this president no matter what. And I mean, the president starts off with 48, 49, 48—he starts off with a huge number. These are people who pay no income tax. Forty-seven percent of Americans pay no income tax. So our message of low taxes doesn't connect. And he'll be out there talking about tax cuts for the rich. I mean that's what they sell every four years. And so my job is not to worry about those people—I'll never convince them that they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives. What I have to do is convince the 5 to 10 percent in the center that are independents that are thoughtful, that look at voting one way or the other depending upon in some cases emotion, whether they like the guy or not, what it looks like. I mean, when you ask those people…we do all these polls—I find it amazing—we poll all these people, see where you stand on the polls, but 45 percent of the people will go with a Republican, and 48 or 4…

      In the this quote Mitt is goofy, conflation abounds. There are plenty of people that have low income and pay no taxes; there are plenty of seniors that are on medicare and social security that paid into those systems who pay no taxes. Vets receive benefits but they have contributed significantly to America. The multidimensional Venn diagram sector identifying specifically the people that are gaming the system and will not vote for Mitt cannot be delineated in an off the cuff speech. Worse he left himself open for the Barry's sycophants,those who are easily led by the press,to say Mitt has no compassion for the poor and unfortunate.That said the Mitt should apologize and continue to lift people up and not spend time clarifying gamers. 
Now you can view the tapes or read the transcript. Sharky&Sharky urge you to read rather than view. Where this is going is to present Mitt has an intelligent conservative human being. It is is not in the interest of America to support a Barry's regime that is focused on those who cannot get through high school or cannot stand alone. It is time to give support to those who give voice to rational choices that work for America. Hope and Change has become Dope and Chains.

Renana Here: Some of my Cousins Just Cannot Stay out of Trouble

Well, I have been away for awhile but I just had to drop in and give you the latest about my cousin at the Bronx zoo. Well there is this human individual David Villalobos, who dropped in on cousin Bachuta,  a 400 lb Amur tiger:

It appears that Mr Dave leaped 17 feet from the monorail into cousin's enclosure and luckily for Dave, cousin Bachuta was one that always played with his food and does not devour it right away.

Mr Dave is probably an unbalanced liberal with love for every being with out bounds. The NYT reports that Mr. Dave's facebook entry is:

Don't Speak Chick-fil-A...Unless Your Speech is PC

This is Dan Cathy;


He is the top man at Chick-fil-A. He has list of credentials that Sharky&Sharky think are rather remarkable and certainly prove that he is an OK fellow. Mr. Cathy also is on the Board of Morehouse College; Rev Martin Luther King went there as an undergrad. However, the Mayors of Chicago, Boston, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco are contemplating and announcing to the media that they may/will deny licenses to operate to Chick-fil-A. Of course, this is as stupid as denying a permit to the Ground Zero Mosque. In all cases the denial of rights to a specific entity leads to horrible unintended unconstitutional consequences for many entities.

What did Mr. Cathy say that has all the mayors so upset? Quoting from the Baptist Press:
Some have opposed the company's {Chick-fil-A's}support of the traditional family. "Well, guilty as charged," said Cathy when asked about the company's position.
"We are very much supportive of the family -- the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that.
"We operate as a family business ... our restaurants are typically led by families; some are single. We want to do anything we possibly can to strengthen families. We are very much committed to that," Cathy emphasized.
"We intend to stay the course," he said. "We know that it might not be popular with everyone, but thank the Lord, we live in a country where we can share our values and operate on biblical principles."  
For this, the Mayors are going to deny business licenses to Chick-fil-A in their respective towns. Is this over reach? Is there such a desperation for the LGBT vote that the mayors are going to trample on others' rights to speak their conscience to buy the LGBT votes? Has the LGBT become a new protected community?

Sharky&Sharky state that if a American Muslim businessman said the something comparable, such as the following:

The LGBT community is ripping Mr. Cathy's religious/marriage affirmations and applying economic pressure not for LGBT freedoms' sake per se, but for the privilege to monopolize and define the terms of the various marriage law debates such that all who have a view different from LGBTs' are deemed bigots or are to be destroyed. More importantly, in partnership with the overreaching mayors, we have another branch of government discomfiting our rights by threating to deny license/access to legal businesses

Mr. Cathy's statements seems to be a homologous to what the Catholic church would say. Is the Catholic Church next? The Chicago Cardinal George, Archbishop of Chicago, states it as follows:
CHICAGO, ILL (Catholic Chicago Blog) - Recent comments by those who administer our city seem to assume that the city government can decide for everyone what are the "values" that must be held by citizens of Chicago.  I was born and raised here, and my understanding of being a Chicagoan never included submitting my value system to the government for approval. Must those whose personal values do not conform to those of the government of the day move from the city?  Is the City Council going to set up a "Council Committee on Un-Chicagoan Activities" and call those of us who are suspect to appear before it?  I would have argued a few days ago that I believe such a move is, if I can borrow a phrase, "un-Chicagoan."
This was in response to the Chicago's Mayor Rahm Emanul's comment:
Asked last week whether the chain that specializes in chicken sandwiches should be allowed to expand in Chicago, Emanuel said, “Chick-fil-A’s values are not Chicago values. They’re not respectful of our residents, our neighbors and our family members. And if you’re gonna be part of the Chicago community, you should reflect Chicago values.”  
Sharky&Sharky refute Mayor Emanuel's and Chicago commitment to values when the to date murder count in Chicago at 228 is twice the battle field deaths in Afghanistan.

Now to demonstrate that people are committed Chick-fil-A values, Mike Huckabee declared Aug 1 Chick Fil-A Appreciation Day. The company said: Well the response was overwhelming
"We are very grateful and humbled by the incredible turnout of loyal Chick-fil-A customers on August 1 at Chick-fil-A restaurants around the country. We congratulate local Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators and their team members for striving to serve each and every customer with genuine hospitality," the company said in a statement. "While we don't release exact sales numbers, we can confirm reports that it was a record-setting day."  
Mike Huckabee, the former Arkansas governor and Fox News host who initially made the call for patrons to show up for "Appreciation Day," also said Thursday that the turnout went beyond "anything I could have imagined."

The MLK Memorial Should Be Replaced

Sharky&Sharky state "The Martin Luther King Memorial in Washington, D.C. should be destroyed and replaced with another that demonstrates the actions and the effects that Reverend King had and will continue to have for generations of Americans." Not a more fitting memorial in that the one that is is not at all fitting and cannot be comparatively improved; it is inappropriate, dis-inspirational, and philosophically incorrect. In addition it is down right ugly.

When one first looks at the statue of Martin at the memorial, one feels respect and a tinge of awe. However upon considered reflexive discernment one realizes that this respect and awe is not from the attributes of his statue or the memorial but from one's aging personal memories of Martin, memories which future generations will not have. The statue after awhile tears at those memories replaces them with a gargantuan fat headed monster. Sharky&Sharky remember Martin; People in the future will not have memories of Martin all they will have is this fat headed monster.

The Statue is Ugly! Sharky&Sharky means to repeat. It is not ugly by intentional design that was accomplished by lack of great artistic competence; it is ugly because Chinese people cannot see black people as a beautiful people. In fact Chinese people as a rule cannot cannot see American black people at all. (Please do not write in and give the few exceptional examples that exist on planet Earth.) Chinese people are taught from birth that American Blacks are dangerous and ugly if they are taught at all. They know from their culture that American Blacks are to be shunned and that they, the Chinese, are superior to African Americans (formerly Negroes). They are taught this early in life. Every American Black has experienced that a Chinese person will not look at them. Thus they embrace and produce the stern figure on the left and not the human on the right. The Eyes certainly do not have it. The one on the right looks a bit like every Mao statue. Well it should, the Sculptor Lei Yixin is a Chinaman that has done 35 or so statues of Mao. The lead design group,  Roma Design Group site does not feature the King memorial.  Among Roma's featured sites is one of folks sitting on curved stones. I guess those aesthetics are superior to the unshown King Memorial.
 
The human brain has a right and left side. The left side composes stories, narratives, and pictures. This left side cares little for truth it only cares to create a whole, not a true or real whole but only a whole. The right side parses the stories and pictures and challenges the left side. When it comes to Black people the Chinese right side brain has no challenging information. The output is something that is ugly: namely bad representational art.

Inappropriate: not fitting to the task. The task is inspiring average Americans to possess the moral leadership when it comes to solving problems challenging liberty. First Reverend was a Christian preacher. "DUH". This is a foundational pillar of Martin. I must have missed the symbols of Christianity at the memorial. There are fourteen quotes on the Inscription Wall. Only one quote speaks to American Exceptionalism or Christian perseverance; the rest anodynely speak for Radical Secularism and/or World Community that could have been said by any good-hearted aspirational soul after a few beers. To wit:
"Make a career of humanity. Commit yourself to the noble struggle for equal rights. You will make a greater person of yourself, a greater nation of your country, and a finer world to live in."
"Every nation must now develop an overriding loyalty to mankind as a whole in order to preserve the best in their individual societies."
These are certainly aspects of Reverend King's later legacy but not solely or primarily the American him, much less relevant to us as Americans. However there is no doubt who said and the inspiration that results from the one message:
We are determined here in Montgomery to work and fight until justice runs "down like water, and righteousness like a mighty stream." 
The Memorial is not fitting to the task of representing the American Reverend King to Americans. First the monument is extraordinarily difficult to interpret for all other than biblical scholars.   It is comprised of a chunked out Mountain of Despair yielding a Stone of Hope which has the figure of Reverend King emerging (ala Michelangelo's Pieta). This is a possible interpretation of RSV's Daniel 2, 31-45. Specifically:
"a stone was cut from a mountain by no human hand and it broke in pieces [the Nebuchadnezzar idol made of] the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold." 
Well Sharky&Sharky guess that the interpretation is that Reverend King and his followers are the stone, cut by no human hand, that broke the false idol of hatred, bigotry, and discrimination. Is this why Martin has such a determined fierce look? Who the hell is going to figure all of this out? Take this copy of Sharky&Sharky with you when visit the MLK memorial.

Albeit Reverend King made this stone and mountain comparison that does not mean that they were not better quotes to choose. However the sculptor Lei was inspired by the quote Mountain and Stone. He could sculpt more. The MLK memorial is lots of stone but little substance. The Washington Post has more pictures and a size representation. The Stone of Hope is much taller than Lincoln or Jefferson. In fact there is enough stone to make a whole new monument. 


Sculptor Lei could not have related to or understood a Biblical quote as a function of Love and Danger. Thus we have an communist animist actualization in stone of a righteous man and rights movement. Are there metaphors in Chinese? Does sculptor Lei understand English or Western Poetry or Pastoral Love? Perhaps he is incognitive. Seems very absurd that a communist foreigner that has never undergone a civil rights experience would have been chosen to represent the man that was a key factor in the civil rights laws of the US.

The Hebrews led by Moses, came to hardstop with the Red Sea in front and the Egyptian on their behinds; they turned to Moses and inquired were there not enough graveyards in Egypt that we had to come this far to die. Sharky&Sharky now asks: Were there not enough sculptors in America who apply to the NEA or are lifetime award winners in same? Creating the MLK memorial would have been a way for the American citizen to get some recompense for their NEA tax money. Was there not enough granite in Elberton, Georgia, Reverend King's home state, the granite capital of the world, to create the MLK monument?

Returning to Pastoral Love. An American Black Christian preacher is a trumpet for his Lord and his Savior Jesus Christ. Ideologically, these preachers freed the blacks enslaved in America before Lincoln. Preaching is not a profession for a faith questioner; this is a profession for Isaiahs.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying,  "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" 
Reverend King was a voice in the church and in the public for his Christian Faith. In the Church he said in the Guidelines for a Constructive Church:
Some people are suffering. (Make it plain) Some people are hungry this morning(Yes) [clap] . Some people are still living with segregation and discrimination this morning. (Yes, sir) I'm going to preach about it. (Preach it; I’m with you) I’m going to fight for them. I’ll die for them if necessary, because I got my guidelines clear. (Yes) And the God that I serve and the God that called me to preach (Yes; Amen) told me that every now and then I'll have to go to jail for them. (Make it plain) Every now and then I’ll have to agonize and suffer for the freedom of his children. (Yes) I even may have to die for it. But if that’s necessary, I'd rather follow the guidelines of God (Yes) than to follow the guidelines of men. (Yes) The church is called to set free (Yes) those that are captive, (Yes, sir) to set free those that are victims of the slavery of segregation and discrimination, those who are caught up in the slavery of fear and prejudice. (Make it plain)
And then the church, if it is true to its guidelines, must preach the acceptable year of the Lord. (Yes, sir, Make it plain) You know the acceptable year of the Lord is the year that is acceptable to God because it fulfills the demands of his kingdom. Some people reading this passage feel that it’s talking about some period beyond history, (Make it plain) but I say to you this morning that the acceptable year of the Lord can be this year. (Yes) And the church is called to preach it.
The acceptable year of the Lord is any year (Amen) when men decide to do right.
In a public speech to sanitation workers in Memphis the night before he was killed he said:
And then I got to Memphis. And some began to say the threats, or talk about the threats that were out. What would happen to me from some of our sick white brothers?

Well, I don't know what will happen now. We've got some difficult days ahead. But it doesn't matter with me now. Because I've been to the mountaintop. And I don't mind. Like anybody, I would like to live a long life. Longevity has its place. But I'm not concerned about that now. I just want to do God's will. And He's allowed me to go up to the mountain. And I've looked over. And I've seen the promised land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight, that we, as a people, will get to the promised land. And I'm happy, tonight. I'm not worried about anything. I'm not fearing any man. Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord.
Definitely a trumpet for his Lord. Any and all of his expressions of his Christian faith are missing from the memorial. Why? Sharky&Sharky surmise that these expressions could possibly offend the Communists and Atheists, et al. therefore the Christian Minister, Martin, that lifted millions of peoples' consciousness for "Justice sake" is watered down to an utilitarian motivational speaker.

Dis-inspirational: The Inscription Wall is an appeal to an utopian vague dream; which only inspires people with childlike minds. It is not for or about real people that were lynched or beaten or walked every day in fear for themselves or their loves one. It in no way depicts the struggles of those people and what they over came. Nothing is mentioned of their travails. Everything at the memorial is vapid there is nothing that is inspirational. Where should this inspiration emanate from? Martin's Words, Martin Leadership of American People, Martin's Influence on US Policy that attempts to correct racial wrongs nay a debauching racist ecology. One can read about about this at the Stanford Site. Note each speech/sermon and the conditions under which it is written or given. Feel the inspiration and be prepared to have your heart move into your throat and your eyes tear up. Since there is nothing at the memorial site now, there will be less in the future when all the current generations and their memories are gone.    

Sharky&Sharky aver that there is a potential for inspiration at the MLK Memorial. So it is freely offered. Thomas Jefferson made significant contributions to the founding and development of the US. Examples are the Declaration of Independence and the Louisiana Purchase. However Jefferson was a slaveholder and he acted to protect slaveholding both as a businessman (although a failed one)  and as a government official. An Associated Press article by Bruce Smith details this.

Slaves likely started fleeing toward Florida when South Carolina was established in 1670, said Jane Landers, a Vanderbilt University historian who has researched the subject extensively. The first mention of escaped slaves in Spanish records was in 1687 when eight slaves, including a nursing baby, showed up in St. Augustine.
Spain refused to return them and instead gave them religious sanctuary, and that policy was formalized in 1693. The only condition is that those seeking sanctuary convert to Catholicism.
“It was a total shift in the geopolitics of the Caribbean and after that anyone who leaves a Protestant area to request sanctuary gets it,” Landers said.
That promise of freedom played an important role in the Stono Rebellion, when a group of about 20 slaves raided a store, collecting guns and other weapons, in September 1739.
Mark Smith, a historian at the University of South Carolina, said the slave leaders were from what is now Angola in Africa. They were Catholic, because their homeland was at the time a Portuguese outpost. And they are thought to have been soldiers in their native land.
They would have known about the rumor of freedom in Spanish Florida and decided to start the revolt on Sept. 9, the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
“They have a white flag, which is not a flag of surrender. It’s a flag of celebrating Mary, and they shout ‘Liberty.’ They are not revolting just as slaves, but as Catholic slaves,” Smith said.
At least 20 whites were killed in the rebellion. The militia later caught up with the slaves and 34 of them were killed. Some who escaped were found and executed later, although some apparently made it to safety in Florida because there are reports of more slaves arriving in St. Augustine in the ensuing days, Landers said.
Gullah creole is still spoken in churches in northeastern Florida, Landers said.
Hankerson, who grew up with stories of the Underground Railroad, said escaped slaves got help from American Indian tribes including the Creeks, the Cherokees and the Yemassee. They also advanced deeper into Florida and found refuge with the Seminoles.
Except for about 20 years when the British held St. Augustine between the end of the French and Indian War and the end of the American Revolution, the Spanish policy of sanctuary remained in effect until 1790 when Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson convinced the Spanish crown to end it. Many runaways escaped amid the chaos and violence of the revolution, and keeping that corridor open could have drained the Southern colonies of slaves, Landers said. 
This "convincing" aligns with the UFDC timeline of Jefferson becoming Secretary of State and The Spanish Crown "ending its policy of  giving sanctuary to runaway slaves". The Purdy Collection delineates the Jefferson threat if the sanctuary is not stopped.
I may perhaps have Occasion sometimes to solicit the Permission of your Excellency to make such Communications as may tend to preserve and promote a good Understanding between out two countries
The Spanish governor responded displaying much pain:
"Having received the king’s order to permit, on no account, that the slaves of the U.S. introduce themselves into this province (Florida) as free persons, I avail myself of the first occasion which presents itself to me to forward you notice of it. It seems to me useful, as well to preserve in part the interests of both parties, as that it may be a means of preventing wars, and finally shews that they are eradicating every where the remains of those laws which subsist to our shame." 
Therefore what could be more inspiring to all people of good conscience than a humble man such a Martin, a descendant of the enslaved, a man of moral leadership keeping a watchful and distrustful eye on the politically powerful such as Thomas Jefferson a slave owner.

Philosophically Incorrect Martin viewed communism as a failure of Christianity. He raised the question can a Christian be a Communist. Martin answer was  an emphatic "no". Martin states clearly that as his first reason is in communism there is no God:
[Communism] regards religion psychologically as wishful thinking, regards religion intellectually as the product of fear and ignorance. And it regards religion historically as an instrument serving the ends of exploiters. This is what communism teaches about religion. And so, in a real sense, we disagree with this because we believe that history is moved not by economic forces but by spiritual forces. [Congregation: ] (Amen, Yeah) We believe that there is a God (Pray on) in this universe (Yes sir, Yes), a God who loves his children, and a God who works through history for the salvation of man. (Pray on) Consequently, we can’t accept communism at that point.
The second reason is that Martin disagrees with the strategy of communism as opposed to Christianity:
Lenin, the man who was something of the technician of communism, putting the philosophy of Karl Marx into practical action, said on one occasion, “We must be ready to employ trickery, deceit, and lawbreaking, withholding and concealing truth." That the followers of Lenin have been willing to act upon these instructions is a matter of history. For communism the end justifies the means.
We believe that there are certain moral principles in this universe that are eternal and absolute. We believe that there are some things right and there are some things wrong. It’s wrong to lie. It always has been wrong, and it always will be wrong. It’s wrong to hate. (Yes sir) It always has been wrong, and it always will be wrong. It’s wrong to throw away the precious lives that God has given us in riotous living. It was wrong in 1800 B.C., and it’s wrong in 1962 A.D. It’s wrong in Russia. It’s wrong in China. It’s wrong in India. It’s wrong in New York. It’s wrong in Atlanta. (Yeah) We believe that there are some things right, eternally and absolutely so, and there are some things wrong. Then we don’t believe that the end justifies the means if those means happen to be bad. For we know that the end represents the means in process and the ideal in the making. The end is preexistent in the means. And so destructive means cannot bring about constructive ends. Immoral methods cannot achieve moral goals. And so we disagree with the ethical relativism of communism.
Lastly Martin disagrees with communism and finds it repulsive to man's freedom for good classical John Locke reasons: one becomes a slave of the state.
He [Karl Marx] says that while you are on the way to this classless society the state is the end. Man becomes only a means to that end. And if any man’s so-called rights or liberties stand in the way of that end, they are simply swept aside. And so in the communistic system, you do not have freedom of the press. You do not have freedom of speech. You do not have freedom of assembly. All of these things are under the scrutiny of the state, which is manipulated through the party. And whatever the Party says, that must be done. All of the freedoms that are dear to us are denied. Man has to be a servant, a dutiful and submissive servant of the state. The state is omnipotent and supreme,
This sermon goes on to raise more significant points perhaps beyond the intelligence of this post; however, Sharky&Sharky ask the simple questions: Why would you use a communist artist from the leading communist country, who used unpaid slave-to-low cost labor to build the memorial to your greatest freedom fighter since the Roosevelt-Churchill partnership? What is the possible message of inspiration that future generations will get? Certainly not one that Reverend King would want those future children to have. The  memorial blurts that it was all about nothing. There was no transformation of a simple preacher to national leader, there was no inspirational freeing of a people, there was transformation of an American ethic. Little of significance was done in the past; there is no work to be done in the future. The MLK as it stands now is no more than a weekend TV special. However there is enough stone to build an Inspirational Monument to Martin. However not for him but for all the rest of us.

Renana here with the Terrorist Ryianna

I want to introduce an almost namesake Ryianna. Obviously no relationship but a terrorist all the same:

It appears that this little one's name appeared on the Jet Blue no fly list. That is not the TSA's No Fly List. Guess that there are more than one 'no fly list'. Well as the story unfolds the family was asked to leave the plane for what no one is saying. Then the real No Fly List was checked out and "For Land Sakes" our little miss was not on the list. (Sorta Rhymes) The TSA affirms that Lil Miss Ryianna was never flagged by the agency. Most American families are not on TSA's No Fly List. The Family was not apologized to and well that appears to not be the end of it.

Dad, spoke out about how the family was humiliated because they were Muslim's. Humiliation is something that all folks know now. We all learned it from race baiters. Ryianna's dad who wishes to remain anonymous;
"We were put on display like a circus act because my wife wears a hijab," said the toddler's father, referring to his wife's headscarf traditionally worn by Muslim women. He added that he thought his family was being profiled because they’re of Middle Eastern descent.
Continuing Riyanna's dad said he plans to consult an attorney.
"We were humiliated," he said. "We were embarrassed. We were picked on."
Mom was nicer all she said was "It was bizarre".

Yes all of this is true. Sharky&Sharky even hear from radio that the passengers applauded when the family was removed from the plane. Further the family did not wish to get back on the plane. Well where do we all go from here?

Everybody listen to Renana, and we will all get through this in better shape. First, Jet Blue get rid of your 'no fly list'. It is not working for you. Use the one from the TSA. That one is bad enough and it will not get you sued. Secondly apologize to Ryianna's family by saying you are sorry and give them a couple of roundtrip tickets to where ever you guys fly and they wish to go; CEO Barger personally speak to Ryianna's Dad and Mom. Barger agree with Mom, "It was Bizarre".  Maybe Ms Barger can attend the apology. CEO Barger, you, believe in the maximal customer experience. Treat Ryianna's Dad and Mom like the nice people that they are. Thirdly Dad get real. As dumb as Jet Blue is currently acting they are not pulling every hijabed women off of their planes for investigation; accept their apology, suck up a little pride. According to the Quran:
"He who has in his heart the weight of an atom of pride shall not enter Paradise."
Let see all see if we can act like civil neighbors and keep Barry, Pelosi, Paneta, and Clinton(s) and the court's out of this.

14 TRILLION In Debt...What's 47 Bucks?


 
Secrets the Secret Service wants to keep secret apparently could have been kept confidential (as a matter of national security of course) for a measly $47 U.S. or approximately 83,000 pesos.

The original 11 members of BJgate - maybe as many as 20 Secret Service people - had only to pony up $4.50 a piece to retain their lofty status as members of the Take-A-Bullet-For-The-Prez club. Hookers in Cartegena go for approx. $47 per night - fairly inexpensive compared to the prices Sharky&Sharky have been quoted in the U.S. Said prices are for research purposes only!

One agent decided after sexual services had been rendered, he wasn't going to pay for them. Of course people like this government thug consider themselves "above the law" or in this case "above below the belt." As you can imagine, not paying for what you get (laid?) caused quite the ruckus.

The embarrassing matter has been turned over to another of those government agencies that you have previously never heard of - the Office of Professional Responsibility. How much of this crap can the taxpayers of this country tolerate? Agency after agency after agency. Do we really need the OPR to monitor the responsibility of all the other agencies who are irresponsible? Who monitors the OPR?

Wonder which agency administered the drug and medical checks for the hookers? Hope they weren't taking performance enhancing drugs or they will likey have to testify before Congress along with the likes of Mark McQuire and Barry Bonds.
