Holidazed And Confused

Get ready for some green beer, false patriotism and big union expenses - Evacuation Day, March 17th, and Bunker Hill Day, June 17th are fast approaching.

In the state of Massachusetts (aka Taxachusetts), the "Hack Holidays" are expected to cost the taxpayers big time as all affected union workers will receive holiday pay or double time for the fake holidays. Those poor non-union workers will receive two floating holidays.

Spokesman for House Speaker Robert A. DeLeo was "unable" to explain how this measure was "inserted" into the $27.6 Billion budget. Oh my, we just don't know. But not to worry - if you don't pay your taxes, we'll steal your house.
