You may have missed this, but you need to accept the blame for the deaths of 6000 Haitians adn the number is rising. There is now conclusive scientific proof that the Nepalese Army brought Cholera to Haiti. This is according to Science Magazine. Now you say what is the Napalese Army doing in Haiti while our US Army is in Afganistan. However you are thinking and the world does not want you to think as this post hopes to demonstrate. They were there.

Let Sharky&Sharky break it down for you brother. The poorest nation on earth with or without a  bailout plan is Haiti.  As the Science article first paragraph indicates scientific/genetic methodologies have conclusively determined that the Nelapese Army when it visited Haiti to keep the peace brought cholera with it. Sharky&Sharky have no idea of what was going on in Haiti that would have 6000 people die or be killed but nevertheless peacekeepers were needed.

It is near certain that some of the Nepalese troops being sent to Haiti were infected with cholera, either at the time of their medical examination or during the 10 days of home-leave that followed, and then carried the microbe to Haiti to be circulated via contaminated feces.

Haiti get less than "D" rating when it comes to sanitation as this picture confirms.

There is plenty of discussion about why the troops were not tested. However the net of the Science Article is:

"I am very impressed that the Nepalese scientists agreed to help the truth become known," Piarroux says. "That was very courageous. I'm sure that not everybody in Nepal will be happy." Keim says the Nepalese group knew and trusted the Danish scientists; they were well aware from the outset that the outcome might finger the peacekeepers, he says, and agreed to have the results published.

The study should have a practical upshot, Piarroux says. Now that there's evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, the United Nations should accept responsibility and make amends to Haiti, he says—for instance, by offering financial compensation or by supporting an all-out effort to make the country cholera-free again. "More than 6000 people are dead," Piarroux says. "It's our fault, as the people of the world."

OK Brothers and Sisters, it is time for you to pony up. Compensation must be paid by everyone to Haiti. You are saying "I had nothing to do with anything". "What about the Napelese officials and their doctors?" No Brother everyone is to blame for everything and anything bad that happens to someone else. Stop you whining.

All of the LGBT folk are kicking up a fuss about how they want to get married. But, they have no concern about their manifest selfishness. They are just looking out for themselves. They have no compassion for anyone else. Here is an example of their unmitigated selfishness.

LGBT Selfishness on display, only looking out for themselves. LGBT folk are demanding that the straight community give up their unique social claim to pairing in society to make room for them. You hear the LGBT all the time demanding: "We want the same privileges as Married People" more "We want to marry".  This embitters the married straights. You do not hear LGBT saying "We want everyone to experience the love and caring and sharing that you married folks have but we want it for everyone". No LGBT is only looking out for LGBT.

Well that is why you LGBT folks are having such a hard time; you are not expanding the rights of man or woman or whatever. You are trying to join a club where the folks in the club can not compute what you are doing. Time for a little Sharky&Sharky university.

Marriage has been around for thousands of year. Same pattern basically one guy and one gal. Do not get hung up on cheaters and Muslims and Asian Emperors with more than one gal. Think about all the fairy tales of "happily ever after" or Abram and Sarai, or Caesar's Pompeia (who was not to be under suspicion ) or Pocahontas and John Rolfe or Mary and Joseph or the marriage feast of Cana, or Barry and Michelle. One consistent item is common: Straight Guy and Straight Gal. There is just too much history with a 5000 year old tradition which LGBT people cannot buck or change or insist that they have a right to. To say it plainly the "Talk to hand cuz' the Pope ain't listening". Further the majority of straight people cannot cotton to  your idea of marriage or cannot compute it.

Now Sharky&Sharky is here to help you LGBT, and all the other people who are dumbfounded by LGBT's limited and selfish desire to express their relationship in a public way by calling it marriage. Sharky&Sharky gives the world a new word "SHARRIAGE". This is the first public presentation of the the word, SHARRIAGE,  in a public space. It is given freely. Thus it is no longer patent-able or trademark-able. The meaning is as follows.

Sharriage is a legally defined, executed ,and recorded relationship between two adult humans. Sharriage is a state confirmed relationship entailing all of the legal obligations, rights, commitments and caring and sharing of historic marriage including that other peculiarity, domestic partnerships (which will fall into desuetude). 

Now when someone sees two men or two women and is informed that they are recently sharried, there will be no cognitive pain or hidden ridicule (eg which is the man or he looks more feminine than he does). The response will be "May the Lord bless them". Why is sharriage more open and expansive then a marriage? Because it not limited to two people in a sexual union only. Sharriage can apply to two sisters or a sister and a brother (the reference here is not to only black people but also to any race biological sister and brothers or even adopted children who are now adults) or what about all those folks ( oops sorry, straight couples) in  a sexual union living together. Yep, they go get a license: take the oath and bang, they are in a sharriage. Now, when two people are sharried, they get all the tax breaks and insurance perks and inheritance rights of old fashion married people (so fifties!). All fifty states can now make sharriage laws without all the straight people with religious views on marriage "gettin" in a snit. LGBT that are sharried can move easily from state to state.

So all you LGBT folk write to your congressman and governors to get latest sharriage laws passed for everyone; stop being selfish; lead the way. Let other people get all the same sharing that you want.

Nothing Stops Cops In Florida

Something bizarre is showing up in the orange juice down in God's waiting room. Or maybe too much sunshine is baking the brains of the local cops. No one knows for sure what the cause of the problem is, but it is a large problem.

Cop falls asleep while speeding 73-mph in a fifty and kills another motorist.

Henrietta Strong was killed Sept. 6, 2010, during her morning walk on State Road 520 in Cocoa when she was struck by the police car of Brevard County Deputy Vincent Marino-Vitani, who was going 65 mph in a 40-mph zone, according to FHP. Investigators found her partly at fault, saying she failed to yield while trying to cross the road.

Guess pedestrians no longer have the right-of-way, at least when it comes to cops.

Monroe County Deputy Melissa Powers died in this 106-mph crash in 2010. The Sheriff's Office quickly began patrol reforms.

106-mph patrol speed is one hell of a patrol speed.

The Orlando Sentinel found that approximately 7,400 crashes per year are caused by cops. Not from pursuit, but from all forms of lousy driving. Distracted driving is the cause - like texting, cell phone usage and playing on their computers while driving. Oh, and also, driving way to fast for conditions - i.e. careless and reckless driving.

Well, luckily they are almost never ticketed for the lack of respect they show for the traffic laws they supposedly enforce. In fact, they are ticketed only 11% of the time, while the average motorist is ticketed 64% of the time.

No one is above the law you say. Whatever.

With the "Super Bowl" fast approaching, Sharky&Sharky thought it appropriate to bring to your attention just how deeply sports driven greed has affected this country.

No longer are colleges the monetary incubation starting point into which Big Sports has evolved, high schools want in as well.

Enter Broward School Board in Florida. Blanche Ely High School wants a new state-of-the-art scoreboard and is willing to sacrifice in order to get it. Sacrifice what you may ask? Needless educational things like: school repairs, new computers, buses and books. What student needs anything more than a scoreboard with an incorporated 7 1/2 x 24 foot video screen? The hell with education.

And of course, Blanche Ely is a traditionally black high school that has felt slighted over the years as other schools have technologically moved on with their scoreboards.

Board member Patricia Good is awaiting feedback from superintendent Robert Runcie before making a decision. Why? According to Good, "I need to hear from him on how this would impact our revenue." Looks like a lot of advertisements from the likes of McDonalds are slated to appear on this much "needed" scoreboard.

The Iranian court convicted [Amir Mirzaei] Hekmati of working with a hostile country, belonging to the CIA and trying to accuse Iran of involvement in terrorism, Monday's report said. In its ruling, a branch of the Tehran Revolutionary Court described Hekmati as a mohareb, an Islamic term that means a fighter against God, and a mofsed, or one who spreads corruption on earth. Both terms appear frequently in Iranian court rulings.

Sharky&Sharky say that Moslems capturing "anybody" affirms that the captured one is guilty of crimes against "GOD" and the state and further retribution is required. Translation: Ransom or Death. Apparently, there is no difference between the Somali pirates or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Hekmati, an American citizen, was visiting his grandmothers in Iran. Hekmati was born in the US, raised here, and served as a Marine. The Washington Post informs that:

 His father, Ali, a professor at a community college in Flint, Mich., has said his son was visiting his grandmothers in Iran.

Well, like many native born or married nationals that live in this country that cannot totally trust being an American even when by birth they are one, he has dual citizenship. This is of course against the US Constitution and Iranian law. Albeit, this US citizen incurred the wrath of the Iranian government when he sojourned there; they alleged that he is a spy. He entered the country legally with permission through Iranian customs, informing authorities that he had been a US Marine. He was in the Islamic Republic of Iran for two weeks before he was arrested for being a spy. There are no documents/evidence to demonstrate that he is or was a spy. Nothing was produced at his trial. Seems that he confessed; however there is no tape of the confession. Oh yeah this arrest and trial was wrapped up within 6 months. Photo and story from the Telegraph

Judiciary spokesman office said the branch, chaired by judge Salavati, has issued the death sentence against Hekmati for collaboration with the hostile government of the US and his membership in the CIA as well as trying to level terrorism charges against Iran.The court found the defendant Mohareb (caught red-handed in armed struggle against God) and corrupt on earth. The court looking into Hekmati case had been held on December 27. Based on the bill of indictment, issued by Tehran prosecutor, Hekmati has been subject to the death sentence on account of the reports of the Legal and Judicial Director General of the Espionage Campaign Department of Iran’s Intelligence Ministry as well as the defendant’s own confessions. In the proceedings Hekmati said he had the motivation to infiltrate Iranian intelligence system on behalf of the CIA.

Sharky&Sharky says follow the bouncing ball. What is the retribution? The Usual...A Ransom. Sharia requires it. You already know the movie. Given that the Iranians will play hardball. They will ask for: freeing of all Guatanamo prisoners, termination of all nuclear sanctions, an apology, and a $1B in ransom. Sharky&Sharky says do not pay any heed to their requests. The Adminstration should just state the following.

If Mr. Hekmati is not returned, we, the United States, will hunt you down Mr. Salvati and Mr. Ahmadinejad and have you tried in the world court. And if the US is not satisfied with their verdict we will try you in the US courts. Democratic justice will be carried out.

At the core, Sharky&Sharky assert that this is all a hoax to embarass/sabotage and blackmail the Obama administration.  The game is simple in Mr. Ahmadinejad's thinking,

"Mr. Obama do as we say and  leave us alone and we will give you your boy back. If you do not we will give you the Carter treatment."

If not the outcome will be that a dead Republican will defeat you in 2012 election. Now as the readers of this blog know we have praised Barry only a twice maybe. However this is one time we want to advise him to not be head faked by Mr. Ahmadinejad.
