Sweet Home Chicago

In one of the most corrupt cities, in one of the most corrupt states - WHOA isn't that where we found our president via Africa via Indonesia via Hawaii (oh what the hell, it really doesn't matter anymore) - a political appointee, one Mr. Roger Walker Jr., has likely set a Guiness World Record for being a parasite on the backs of Illinois taxpayers.

Appointed by Democrat governor, Pat Quinn, to the State Prisoner Review Board and compensated by the tidy sum of $85,886 per annum (with full medical insurance), Mr Walker has logged - get this - just ONE day in the seventeen months since his appointment.  Why you may ask?

"I'm on sick leave, said Walker, so what's the deal?...These bills and stuff are just astronomical."

The governor's office was aware Walker had medical problems but of course appointed him anyway stating they did not believe the problems to be serious enough that they would prevent Walker from performing his duties.  State law permits the removal of a member of the review board for neglect or inability to serve, but Gov. Quinn has done nothing of the sort.  SharkyandSharky wonder why?

So while you are toiling away at your 9 to 5, attempting to pay your mortgage or rent as well as your credit card bills and other obligations, just think how nice it would be to live in Chicago and be an appointee of Mr. Quinn.

p.s. looks pretty healthy in that picture
