Producers at Germany's Pro7 TV channel have removed "unsuitable" content from future episodes which show trouble at the fictional power plant.
Barry's Administration is committed to nincompoopery. His declared united state of nincompoopery is continous. His latest demonstration of brainlessness is the invasion of Libya.
Sharky&Sharky does not accept his humanitarian rationalization expressed as to why the Libya invasion was done by the US. Sharky&Sharky does not accept this denial of sovereign ethical responsibility and ownership: The denial being, The US did it with our NATO and UN partners. None of these organizations would have done anything without the US fire power. The US bears ethical responsibility; this bombing is in no way ameliorated; as chidren we used to say when confront by a parent "well everyone else was doing it".
This begs the questions what alternatives should have been considered in addition to 120 plus Tomahawk missiles which are still being fired.
The citizens of Libya are demonstrating against the dictator Colonel Gaddafi. However, Libya citizens unlike the people of Tunisia or Eygpt seem to have weapons. There appears to be a Transitional National Council posited as Libya's legitimate government backed by at least France; The TNC continues to wrestle with how to achieve its goals of pushing Gaddafi from power. The leaders appear to be men (of course women should stay in the most central part of the house) named Mahmoud Jibril and Ali al-Essawi. Who knew? What are their credentials and authenticity? Of course there are a few turncoat Generals (1) and (2) who are now advocates for the revolution:
(1)A Major General in the Libyan Army, Suleiman Mahmoud, has declared himself and his soldiers as being on the side of the people and against 'the tyrant' Muammar Gaddafi.Maj. Gen Mahmoud is the commander of the army in the port city of Tobruk and the highest ranking officer to have declared his opposition to Gaddafi.
(2)In an "urgent" on-screen caption, a state-controlled television station reported that Maj. Gen. Khalid Shahmah had joined the rebels in Zawiya. It did not further identify the general or clarify his role in the military.
We the US citizens who funded this invasion were not asked, informed, or consulted. We are dead broke and Barry fires of 122 Tomahawk missiles that cost $2M a piece (do not fall for the $600,000 price tag, that does not include a warhead) plus naval transport and payload to back a dubious nation composed of Arab tribes.
There is the Gaddafi tribe. Great, he has his own tribe. The two largest tribes
are the Beni Salim tribe that settled in Cyrenaica, the eastern coastal region of Libya, and the Beni Hilal that settled in western Libya around Tripoli. Some people have no tribes like 15% of the population, the Berbers. The Magariha tribe is in the best position to carry out a coup since they are in the sensitive position in the government. The Zawiya tribe can stop the flow of oil to western countries.
Gaddafi maintained anti-tribal posture during his long reign. His government was composed of people from various tribes. After the coup d'etat in 1969 Gaddafi removed tribes from political power. There does seem to be that the larger tribes are planning a march of reconciliation from Tripoli to Benghazi:

The Warfalla tribe will not be coming; they are sending regrets. They see march of Reconciliation an act of loyalty to Gaddafi. How many Libyans are upset with Gaddafi? Could this be a small number of radical folks and an army that just got out of control? What was the measure that required western world violent response? Was it the possibility of mass killings by Gaddafi? Will there be mass killings after Gaddafi is "stopped"? Of course no one knows the answer. We cannot say what the future will be or what it might have been if we had not intervened.
Barry does not know if this a revolution, or is this an insurgency or a civil war or a riot that has went bad. Although he says otherwise.What are the ideals and ideology of these rebels or revolutionaries? What gives them the right to cry to the US for help when Gaddafi starts kicking their asses all over the school yard? Who gave them the weapons to fight their government? Forget asking what is the plan for this conflict? The rebels plan is simple: get a weapon, ( from where?) jump in a truck, and shoot at Gaddafi's Libyan Army and when we get in trouble cry out to the Great Satan to come save our ass. Forget that MLK and Ghandi stuff of demonstrations lets "kick some Gaddafi butt". Then beg for the Great Satan to come and bail us out when we lose.

Well it appears that it will not be hard to tell the Gaddafi loyalists from the Rebels; there is something about the loyalist skin color. Sharky&Sharky wonder if we will see any of these black fellows again before they get their virginal reward.

Lets think about this. It is possible that the natural rights of man consciousness is arising in the Middle East. It is possible that the America is being seen by the Middle East as the "bright, shinning city on a hill." The natural rights conscious is occuring, but there is no single Pentecost in the Middle East where everyone is seeing the same single freeing flame of democracy which will organize all these countries. These are all different situations. Intermuslim wars of Sunni against Shia, Shia against Sunni, poor Peasant class and/or Middle class against ruling class. Every situation is different and complex. Nevertheless, Barry and the three Hawklets have introduced US chaos into already irrational situations. There is no way that they can predict the outcome in Libya. No more than we could have predicted the outcome in Afghanistan, Egypt, and Tunisia. Both of which are hung at the moment. By the by do not think that Iraq is over. Is the results of the last Iraqi election finally in yet.
In a best-case scenario[in Libya], there would be a constitutional convention, voter lists, political parties and internationally supervised free and fair elections. But there could also be a violent scramble for authority in which the most organized, secretive and vicious elements take over. We are not well-equipped to handle that kind of struggle. And once we intervene, Libya's problems would become our responsibility.
What should we have done. First we should have NOT bombed Libya. Neither ideals nor values nor imagined outcomes justify either means or the results (ends) of this action. The ethical chain is not the ethics of good intentions but the ethics of responsibility leading to ownership of the most human enabling outcome. Bombing is not humanitarian. Second everyone must realize that the cost of revolutions are high. If you start one then you must pay for it. You pay for revolutions with your lives; in this case Libyan lives. The American people should not be suckered into paying for it. Barry wants to sidetrack the issue by saying there will be no American ground troops. Or Libyans will be slaughtered. However what about the quarter billion spent on Tomahawks? Who will pay for those? The Libyan Rebels should pay for them; they have command of the oil outlets now. They ordered the Tomahawks; freedom is not free. At the heart of the problem is necessity for practising and using JUDGMENT
Finally the high crime in all of this is American involment. We are creating chaos. We are not helping. What will we do when Libyan tribes begin to war among themselves when Gaddafi is gone? Those countries who want to be fledging democracies have to work at democracy development themselves. Running about with pickup trucks and automatic rifles is not a revolution or hoping for generals that change sides is suicide. These startup democracies need to nuture their own John Adamses and Thomas Jeffersons and George Washington and George Mason's etc. Individuals that desire to sacrifice their futures, fortunes, and collective national faiths to achieve their national unified democratic sovereignty. Failing the startups will remain enslaved to dictators and tribal warfare. And of course the US will support that next dictator. America needs to take a position on how we are going to develop democracies. Looking for allies at the last minute to support us when these fledglings are about to crash and burn only introduces more chaos in the world. The first step that America should take is to denounce all of our allies and sovereign business partners that are dictators. Encourage our NATO allies to do the same. President Carter tried this in the seventies and he was laughed out of town. It appears that he was right. By supporting dictatorships, we are introducing chaos and Fitna and supporting dictator's evil. America needs to be the bright, shinning city on a hill in our actions and in our spirit. Next we need to inform all dictators that we will support their nation's movements to democracy. America will speak out for democracy and liberty at every turn. No matter how uncomfortable this is or politically incorrect, it trumps 120 Tomahawk missiles and shirking the ethics of responsibility.
Japan seems unable to get a true reading on the radiation coming from the Fukushima reactor complex. No question the task is daunting, dangerous and deadly to boot. But someone needs to put things in perspective.

Davis was released this afternoon, however, after relatives of Faizan Haier and Faheem Shamshad appeared before a judge to confirm they had reached a dayyat agreement under Islamic law for the payment of 'blood money.’ The families had resisted a 'blood settlement’ for some weeks, under pressure from some of Pakistan’s Islamic political parties. But senior Pakistan government sources said direct talks between CIA and ISI chiefs, and the intervention of Saudi Arabia, had led to a breakthrough.
The United States postponed a round of high-level talks with Afghanistan and Pakistan following earlier failed attempts to get Davis out, and US lawmakers had threatened to cut payments to Pakistan until he was freed.

Martyr is a word often bandied about with respect to cowards. This is not the case in Japan. There, the Fukushima 50, the remnants of the approximately 800 TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company) employees at the facility, have remained in a hell-on-earth environment to try to contain and correct a situation brought on by the tsunami which struck Japan last Friday.
They work without power, crawling through the rubble and remains of the 6 nuclear power reactors in teams of two. They can only work for minutes at a time due to the high levels of radiation. They have only one goal in mind - to try to cool the reactor cores and the spent fuel rods sitting in holding pools. This is their mission and reason d'etre.
The situation is dire, but needs some perspective. Since the dawn of nuclear power, far more people have died finding and extracting fossil fuel to create electricity each year than all - read THREE - nuclear accidents which have occurred worldwide in history. To compare Fukushima to Chernobyl is uneducated folly and the outcome from Fukushima - regardless of what it may be, will not have the same consequences. Not only are the reactors of different designs (the Chernobyl reactor did not have a containment vessel for example), but the cause and effect is 180 degrees apart. An earthquake caused one - ineptness caused the other. Regardless, for the last quarter century atomic power has provided almost unlimited electricity while the impact on global human health has been miniscule.
There is no question that there will be fallout from the fallout and many people will suffer and some will die as a result. But to suggest that this incident should be the end of nuclear produced electricity is nothing more than media driven nonsense.
So sleep well hand wringers and "chicken littles" of the world and take your iodine pills. The real tragedy is the widespread damage caused by the tsunami - not the Fukushima reactors.

•Section 4101(a) allows $230 million in appropriation for school-based health centers.
•Section 5508 appropriates $230 million for expanded primary care residency programs.
•Section 2953 allocates $320 to Title XX-type education programs.
It takes eight pages for CRS simply to list the PPACA provisions that seek to bypass the normal appropriations process. These go beyond standard appropriations for the current and following fiscal years, making spending decisions for as long as 10 years in the future—not only beyond the term of the last Congress, but also beyond the current term of President Obama. These include, among others: Section 2951 on “Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Programs” and Section 3021 on a “Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation” (including $10 billion for FY 2011 through FY 2019, and $10 billion for each subsequent 10-year fiscal period). The report also describes how billions are to be transferred—without approval of current or future officeholders—from Medicare into Obamacare accounts, such as in Section 3403.
Making years’ worth of spending decisions in advance is an attempt to handcuff the current Congress and prevent it from determining current levels of spending. The entire balance of power is upset when President Obama need not work with current elected officials to fund his priorities, since he already got the prior Congress to make decisions that extend beyond its term. The ability of the new Congress to leverage and negotiate is thereby weakened.

The disaster that is the Japanese tsunami is beyond imagination. Videos and still images, although terrifying, cannot possibly convey the magnitude of destruction that occurred within minutes of the 8.9 earthquake which struck off the coast of Japan. The dead, the physical obliteration, the ruins and the missing. ALL beyond belief. With that said, something still exists in it's absence.
Where are all the looters? Nary a picture of one has surfaced. Why?
Japan - a country with the lowest murder and attempted murder rates (except for Singapore) of any country in the world. A country with the highest life expectancy rates and the lowest infant mortality rates, a country that is an economic powerhouse even though it's population is slightly less than 130 million.
Japan is a culturally homogenous country with a very small population of foreign workers. Maybe this explains why not being a "melting pot" for the worlds cultures is a good idea.

Unfortunately you are in the most difficult state for union reform. Wisconsin's John R Commons opposed Frederick Taylor's effort to organize work. Today based on Taylor's efforts we have Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering; truly American Disciplines. Very few people outside of Wisconsin have ever heard of Professor Commons.
Unions have their time and place. They should have no place in government. When the government sits down with the union there is no representation of the tax paying public. Sharky&Sharky was recently challenged by a quite intelligent young Muslim American gentleman when he demanded to know if his grandmother (presumably a fine upstanding senior Muslim woman) was held responsible by Americans for the 9/11 attack; he demanded to know if she is a terrorist in the American mind. The question came after he had affirmed that Muslim Americans are attempting to live good American lives contributing to productivity and are entitled to receive the American life of life, liberty, happiness, and their wish to enjoy all the fruits of American liberal democracy. These are Islamic Muslims to be be distingished from America's Black Muslims. Depending on the source there are between 2.5M to 5M Islamic Muslims in the US.
Continuing he averred that non-Muslim Americans ( that is Sharky&Sharky and you brother) are two-faced hypocrites in that we criticize Muslims while we continue to do arms deals with Muslim dictators that have done harm to America and foreign Muslims; as example the Saudi's who supported the 9/11 attackers or the now deposed ruler of Egypt. He has a point there, but this thrust is disingenuous it that it is an attack ad hominem (on lil ol Sharky&Sharky). an attempt to derail the discussion rather than keeping on point.
Sharky&Sharky is stating firmly to the young gentleman and with no reservations "When your grandmother or any Muslim American is silent on the actions of Muslim terrorists against Americans, then they and she are aiding and abetting Muslim terrorists". There you have it that's done. Later Sharky&Sharky will enable grandmother and others to redeem themselves. Sharky&Sharky admittedly conclude and conflate that her silence is interpreted by the non-Muslim merican as her identification with a foreign enemy. However she is not alone; many Muslim Americans, the American Umma, is silent including two Muslim US Congressmen. Now dear reader how can this be so you might say.
There are two key points to consider: Existentialism and Conflation. The Existentialism requires that if you enjoy and demand certain freedoms then you must extend those same demands and freedoms to others. It follows that if you have left a place where rights in the sense of classical liberalism are not respected and voluntarily come or join a place where they are respected and protected then as a member of that community you must speak out when the community is attacked or endangered. A failure to speak out indicates that you are not Authentic a hypocrite and you are only exploiting the freer place for the benefits that you get for free.
We are Americans and as Americans we conflate. Conflation is the neat, complete, and resolving and yet a fallacious thought process. Definition: Conflation is the bringing together of two concepts or schools of thought and combining the two into a posited composite without deep regard to the truth of the resulting composite. Then we treat the composited truth as a basis and a guide for our beliefs and future actions. All of us Americans do it. Here are some couplets to show how easy it is for you too to become a conflator: (1) "Pretty Blond Women, Dumb" (2)"Irish men, Drunks" (3)" American black men, Criminals". Sharky&Sharky could go on and on. The point is Americans are conflators; therefore, "Silent American Umma, terrorist sympathizers". It does not matter to us that there are exceptions or the conflating is fallacious. Not all pretty blond women are dumb; Not all Irish men are drunks (hmmm maybe no conflating on this one) We all know that all American black men are criminals. The reason that we keep building jails is to put black men in them as fast as we can catch them. To be sure conflating is a fallacy or a bias or both. This fact does not matter. Americans conflate. Example; not all traitors are Democrats but all Democrats are traitors. Conflating is not about thinking through a situation; it is about getting through a situation. The world is so complex these days with or without Muslims that we Americans just want to get through it.
Here is the FBI's top 20 terrorists Muslims each and everyone. Yes Sharky&Sharky knows that there are a billion Muslims in the world; but as was said "conflation does not have time for analysis". After the FBI gets this 20 Muslims, they will move on to the next 20 Muslims. There are non-Muslims that are terrorists, examples like Timothy McVey and Terry Nichols. There non-Muslim organizations like: Nazis, Communists, anarchists, racists, and even extreme Christian fundamentalist; all have their terrorists. However these terrorists are decried by other American's and the American political leaders. The point is there are very few Muslim voices decrying the Muslim terrorists. This is precisely the point; there are so few Muslim American voices stopping the conflation. There is no multi-voice persistent denial of Jihad. Traditional Jihad is the perpetual declaration of war again non-Muslims. Multiple websites profess that the Quran is riddled with Jihad provocations; each claiming 100 or references to Jihad. Although Sharky&Sharky only find a few verses of the Quran that are truly provocative, these quotes alone serve to polarize non-Muslims Americans against Islam and by extension against Muslims whether Americans or not.

We need to remind our fellow Americans that we have the same concerns as everyone else in this country, that Muslims are certainly concerned about the economy, we're concerned about failing school systems, we're concerned about excessive government spending and, in many cases, a lack of transparency in government."
Notice Rep. Carson doe snot mention the lack of transparency in Islam; nor is there any mention of Muslim terrorism concerns by Rep Carson in any way. Rep Keith Ellison will certainly not speak out against Muslim terrorism in that he accepted $13,350 from the Muslim American Society (MAS) in order that he could make his required trip to Mecca, The Hajj. When asked why he did not disclose to the congressional ethics committee voluntarily MAS support of his Hajj :
"Where those limits exist," he said, "I'm going to take advantage of those limits, when it's legal for me to do so. And where it's not, then I'm going to disclose."
He has now disclosed the funding of his Hajj by the MAS. In a recent MPR interview:
Ellison acknowledged a recent poll showing that a majority of Americans oppose building a mosque near Ground Zero, but he said political leaders should stand up to anti-Muslim activists, regardless of any political fallout. "I think leaders should be thermostats and not thermometers,"
Rep Ellison did not acknowledge that political leaders should stand up to Islamic terrorism homegrown or foreign. However he did inform O'Reilly on the firing of Juan Williams. Mr Williams said on the O'Reilly Factor:
I’m not a bigot. You know the kind of books I’ve written about the civil rights movement in this country. But when I get on the plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous.”
Rep Ellison let be known that he will discard his collections of Mr Williams books:
WHO IS SPEAKING OUT AGAINST ISLAMIC TERRORISM?
Conflating is poor adductive logic. This conflation will continue until Muslim Americans begin to speak out and put Jihad in a modern liberal context. There has been one Muslim British Cleric that has issed a fatwa against Muslims extremist and Jihad. There has been a Muslim American cleric that has decried Jihad. Sharky&Sharky have called this a step in the Islamic Reformation. Here are a few examples of those who have decried Islamic terrorist there voices are few and weak against the daily explosion of Isalmic silence against Islamic terrorist acts.

Tim Winter, a lecturer in Islamic studies at Cambridge University, said while ul-Qadri's step of declaring "miscreants as unbelievers" was unusual, it was unlikely extremists would take notice of his edict..."Those who are already hardliners will pay no attention at all. But 'swing voters' - poorly educated and angry Muslims, who respect mainstream scholars, will probably take note," he told Reuters.
What is the problem? There are two problems. One in America and One the Muslim countries in which we fight wars against Islamic sources of terrorism. Sharky&Sharky have written extensively in several articles about the conflict between democracy and Islam in other countries.
Baroness Warsi in England of course says that it is all the fault of bigotry against Islam. They say that Islam is fine; it has no problems. Those that speak out on the problems of Islam are racists and bigots. Of course she and Ellison address peoples' responses and reactions to Islamic terrorist acts, neither address the source of the problem, namely uncivil Jihad in today's civil society. They only admonish those who speak their possibly conflated bias reaction against Islamist terrorist acts.

However, to be authentic Americans, Muslim Americans must help protect those freedoms by speaking out loudly and publicly against Islamic terror here and all over the world, not perhaps hiddenly on Friday afternoon. Stop denying that those who commit Jihad against Americans are not one of you. Admit that you need a an Islamic reformation; this is not the 7th century. Jihad and Sharia and sexism are immoral and civil destroying acts. As Muslim Americans, articulate that Sharia is not your way as it is in say Bangladesh. One the prostitution ring news that now sparked from Minnesota and Tennessee, the blame goes to the Somali institutions, including the households in the Diaspora. We have seen many “community organizations,” but failed to see tangible programs set up for the young Somali generation. However, together, households and "community organizations" have failed to play their role and save the youngsters from these deplorable results.
This forthrightness addressing Islamic institutions is the effective longterm way to fix the American Muslim radicalization problem. First admit it. Second look for the source. If the Source is in the Quran, reform it as Christians have done their religion starting with Martin Luther. Thirdly, encourage imams to speak out openly as in the Washington DC Mosque of Imam Mohammed Magid. Sharky&Sharky is saying to the American Umma "cowboy on up to the responsibility" and fix it. When this is done Americans will stop conflating and Grandmother will no longer be an aider and abettor of Islamic terrorist.

Of course we must stop spending like fools. We must begin to put some wisdom and control to our entitlement spending. Deep cuts must be made. We must stop the military-industrial complex. But after we stop all of the spending, where are we absolutely. Debt has reduced us all to being the American Bourgeois or yearning to be American Bourgeois. The reason that we want jobs is to be American Bourgeois. We have become as Nietzsche affirms "the last man". We are a becoming a country of last men. We as Americans have lost our uniqueness and debt saps our strength. We are fools voting for fools, being led by fools who are praised by the lapdog press.
We must become the generators fo dreams. We must become actualizers of those dreams. We have life, liberty and we can pursue happiness if we have no debt. However this is not enough we must become again as Nietzsche affirms Overmen. Nay American Overmen those Americans who generate and develop fundamentally new concepts, The Wright Brothers, Edison, Westinghouse, Bell, Charles, Carrier, Otis. Currently we have so few. Go into SAM's and look at the 52 inch TV' American companies do not make them. GM is making money in China perhaps but no matter those profits never come back to the US. Why? Foreign profits are taxed by the US leadership at 40%. The US MAKES NOTHING THE WORLD WANTS! China is going to rehab 45,000 reservoirs over the next few years. Is there no US material or engineering that the Chinese would need for those reservoirs. In Meekers 400 slides she mentions innovation several times; however there is no hint of world changing innovations or its potential impact. Small business is only mention in terms of debt but no potential impact. Finally entrepreneurship is never mentioned at all.
What is needed beyond getting out of debt is for Americans to strive and achieve being Overmen. Failing this we can only be Last Men and Women.

Scanners - those back scatter see-you-in-the-nude scanners found in every jerk water airport - are being proposed for installation in: train stations, public venues (think sporting events, concerts and the like), on busy streets and everywhere else they can be placed to insure that those who manufacture them become filthy rich at your expense. Oh, and by the way - they are necessary to keep you safe. Doesn't that just make you all warm and fuzzy inside.
For those who do not like the fact that these scanners bombard you with high and dangerous levels of radiation, TOO BAD. You WILL comply citizen. This is the "price" for your freedom. What has happened to the United States in just ONE decade?

Oh yes, we would be remiss without this telling map.
Police chief Jack Harris is not stepping down - no siree. Doesn't matter that his department fraudulently reported kidnapping statistics in 2008 to bilk the federal government (that's us folks as we produce the income these bozos so quickly misuse and misappropriate) out of a cool $1.7 Million in grant money to address a problem that did not exist to the extent in which it was reported.

His department reported 350 kidnappings that year which earned Phoenix the title of "Kidnapping Capital" of the U.S. In the entire world, only Mexico City had them beat.
"I am not stepping down - I am not voluntarily giving up my job" says Harris. We bet he's not. There is a chance that Harris will be moved into City Hall. Such a move could allow Harris to double-dip. That is, he could collect his pension while being paid a full-time salary for another job position. Something he apparently has some experience with as he was sued in 2009 by Judicial Watch for just such slippery conduct.
As we have been told so many times, "It's the seriousness of the allegations" that matter. Sounds serious to us - that's a lot more than most bank robbers end up with. So, Sharky&Sharky are sure Mr. Harris will be held accountable for his actions just as any other citizen who has been accused of defrauding the U.S. government out of $1.7 Million.

A bill introduced by Representative Debbie Riddle - a Republican - is designed to "get tough" on Texas' illegal immigration problem. Sharky&Sharky like "tough" and especially like it when it applies to all those illegals invading our country to take away our McJobs and cut our grass.
From the bill, House Bill 1202: anyone who "intentionally, knowingly or recklessly" hire an "unauthorized" illegal immigrant could face up to two years in prison and fines of $10,000. Two questions. One: How in the hell do you hire someone in a reckless manner? By exceeding the speed limit when you pass a day laborer pick up point? Second: What in the hell is an "authorized" illegal immigrant?
The second question may be answered by reading deeper into the bill. Household workers - slaves and nannies to the rich - and yard workers are exempt from the bill. Thanks goodness someone has some sense in the Lone Star State - otherwise a large segment of the population is likely to find themselves in jail.
Luckily, vacations in Texas also seem to be bigger as the Texas legislature only convenes once every two years so the bill is likely to be modified prior to passage.
Takes a lot of work to keep those yards and ranches looking sweet - no time to tend the business you were elected to attend to.
Seems the state of New York has been running out of ways to tax it's citizens. This is terrifying news for a state rapidly approaching bankruptcy. Elected officials who have been tasked to think "outside the box", have come up with one idea of which there are sure to be many more. Tax bicycles.
Big Wheel = Big Taxes
Michael DenDekker, a Democrat - what else - from Queens, has introduced legislation that would require EVERY bicycle in the entire state have a $50 license plate, have to be inspected EVERY year and registered EVERY year to make sure that they "conform...to requirements." Additional legislation, yet to be but soon to be introduced, would require EVERY bicycle rider to carry identification and insurance. (Presumably this would not apply to illegal immigrants)
Sharky&Sharky fully expect the insurance lobby is behind this and the state is not far behind them. After all, there is NO price too high to save the children.
